Louth E-Learning Company Wins €100K iPod Language Deal With Australian Schools Association
Louth e-learning company Learnosity has signed a €100k contract with Australian Independent Schools Queensland to implement its voice assessment and learning solution.
Learnosity is an award winning specialist e-learning solutions provider which has major public and private sector clients across Europe, the Middle East, USA and Australia.
Mark Lynch of Learnosity said: "Learnosity is delighted to be working on this innovative project with independent schools QLD. This project will demonstrate how language learning can be accelerated through the appropriate use of Ipod's and Learnosity's voice technology."
The Queensland schools deal was announced during a week long Enterprise Ireland trade mission of 44 Irish companies to Australia, which was led by Ireland's Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation Billy Kelleher TD.

"It has established a fast growing business, not just in Australia, but in many other parts of the globe and it is a leading innovator in the field of digital education," Minister Kelleher said.
The Enterprise Ireland trade mission to Australia included Irish companies in software, financial services, telecoms, e-learning, life environmental services and visited Melbourne,Sydney and Canberra.
Irish exports to Australia are worth almost €100m per year, making it our largest market in the Asia Pacific Region and the ninth largest export market in the world for Irish exporting companies. Over 70 Irish companies have a physical presence in Oz.
