Irish Company Assumes Distributorship for Cloud-based Mind mapping Software Developed by San Francisco Mindjet

Irish distributor, Business Electronic Equipment, has become the sole distributor of San Francisco based Mindjet, the company that provides cloud-based applications for information mapping.

Mindjet provides productivity software that helps business professionals visually organise and act upon ideas, information and resources to drive productivity, team effectiveness and business innovation. It claims more than 1.5 million people around the world use its software, including business professionals in 44 of BusinessWeek's 50 "World's Most Innovative Companies."

Mindjet products include their visualisation technology to improve the usability of leading business applications, including Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce.com.

Business Electronic Equipment (BEE) has been distributing and marketing electronic equipment and technology items for 35 years in Ireland. Director, Dermot Hanna, said his company is now calling upon its existing network of reseller partners, in addition to recruiting some new ones. "We're thrilled to be Mindjet's distribution partner in the Irish market. We've already got strong connections with Mindjet through our existing partnership with Nuance, and look forward to bringing the software to the Irish market through our resellers."

Chris Harman, Director for Northern Europe at Mindjet, said: "With this move we are expanding our channel network into Ireland so we can broaden our customer base and support our existing customers better. Based on our previous interactions with BEE, we're confident this partnership will be a great success."
