New Dublin City Venue Dedicated to Irish Software Developers' Network, Irish Technology User Groups
and Tech Corporates
Tcube is the home of the Irish Software Developers' Network. It is located in Castle Street Dublin 2 and has been developed so that regular software education presentations can be held at a regular venue with the benefit of live video streaming, wi-fi and projection. Tcube is an initimate venue for groups of up to 50 people.
TCube is named after the series we are holding, Technology Talk Tonight, or TTT, or TCube. Our first event took place on Wednesday 22nd February 2012 and was held in conjunction with Mashable's global meetup day. There was standing room only! Our theme was the mobile web, and Michael Barr, CTO of JamPot Technologies from Belfast gave his insight and a tour around appbuilder to 60 mobile app developers who attended, plus lots more who had tuned in to watch the live stream. Check it!!
Our next technology talk tonight is on March 1st 2012 - Thucydides - Web Testing for Developers (MORE)
The Irish Software Developers' Network
The Irish Software Developers' Network is an initiative for Irish based software developers. Our aim is to eliminate the barrier to quality education, be it informal or formal by making the events either free, or at a very, very low cost. We host regular "tech talks tonight" presentations, which are supported by our very good partners, and daytime and evening training workshop.
Best of all, the content is proposed, voted upon and decided by our members which means collectively they can demand the knowledge which helps them in their careers.
Membership allows you priority access to Tcube for our regular tech presentations, plus guaranteed places for developer training workshops at a fraction of the cost currently available in the Dublin area.
Irish User Groups.
Tcube is available for use to all community technology user groups - free!* It provides a better alternative to a pub because it is yours to use for the whole evening allowing you to run your user group meeting to your pace and agenda. Best of all, with our free video streaming, you can promote your meetup in advance and have a global audience participate.
A Venue for Commerce
Tcube is also provides a place for corporates to hold product launches, socials, or even training workshops.
