Technology partner Expleo is to plough a further €150,000 into its ‘Reboot Fund', an initiative geared towards boosting the recovery efforts of businesses across the island of Ireland during and post COVID-19 pandemic. The announcement comes one year after Expleo donated an initial €100,000 in free consultancy services to Irish companies impacted by the pandemic.
With a phased easing of lockdown restrictions scheduled for the coming months, the wider business community looks set to rebound through more agile growth strategies and a repertoire of innovative solutions. In preparation for this next recovery phase, Expleo believes its ‘Reboot Fund’ will be of significant benefit to businesses across the island, and its services will be offered to businesses and charities operating in all sectors.
The company says that within its 15000 strong global workforce, it has unique access to industry-specific expertise and best practice across consultancy and business agility, product design, production and in-service support, as well as continuous quality, which allows them to offer their free 4-hour consultancy service to Irish businesses across a range of business-critical strands. There is a particular emphasis on accelerating a company's digital transformation and business agility plans, including an in-depth assessments of businesses’ evolving requirements as well as innovation workshops.
Phil Codd, Managing Director, Expleo Ireland, said; “Following a year being confronted with a range of pandemic-induced challenges and protracted multi-level restrictions, a brighter business future is coming into sight. With our Reboot fund, we want to help Irish businesses pivot from the granular, everyday pandemic challenges, to a more agile, big-thinking mindset, and provide them with expertise for every normal."
He added; “We anticipate that this collaborative approach will result in many exciting digital transformation projects and the deployment of digital infrastructure and innovative solutions designed to future-proof service offerings. Ultimately, we hope to play our part in boosting growth and recovery for businesses across Ireland.”
This latest initiative from Expleo follows the successful roll-out of a COVID-19 recovery programme in 2020 which provided support to businesses and charities across Ireland. As part of this, Expleo successfully helped Inner City Helping Homeless (ICHH), the non-profit registered charity supporting Ireland’s homeless, coordinate its annual Santabox Appeal. The digital campaign provided almost 10,000 homeless people with gift-filled Santa boxes, containing essential items such as clothing and toiletries.
