CEO Claims Certification Demonstrates Commitment to Providing Highest Quality Messaging & Advertising Solutions
The management systems of Dublin headquartered, Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) messaging and media solutions supplier, Jinny Software, have been certified for the ISO 9001:2008 standard as part of their overall strategic plan for implementing best business practices and procedures.
The ISO 9001:2008 standard, which lays down the requirements for quality management systems, is now firmly established as the globally implemented standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.
The certification process required Jinny to implement an ISO-compliant quality management system that established a systematic approach to managing its processes. The company, who says its range of messaging, call and media and mobile advertising solutions enable MNO's to the quickly introduce secure, innovative and revenue-generating services, was independently audited and confirmed as being in conformity.
