More Demand in the Irish Software Jobs Market as IDA Backed Company Announces 50 New Dublin Roles
Asset Control, the US headquartered provider of data technology for financial institutions, is to increases its footprint at its Dublin-based technology centre of excellence with the creation of 50 graduate and senior software development jobs. The investment is supported by IDA Ireland.
Established in 1991 and backed by Volition Capital out of Boston, MA, Asset Control provides financial services companies such as Scotiabank, Credit Suisse, and BNP Paribas Securities Services with the ability to process and manage vast volumes of financial market and reference data used for critical business activities including research, trading, operations, risk management and compliance.
Making the announcement, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD, said: "Asset Control is a very welcome addition to Ireland's portfolio of financial technology companies. Ireland's financial services sector continues to attract cutting-edge companies that will help to further enhance Ireland's reputation as a Smart Economy."
